1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING 
Personal training sessions will be a minimum of 2 per week to qualify for block sessions, this will include a full consultation, where we discuss how we can achieve your goals and what you expect from me and also what I expect from you. A Bio mechanical screening, Body Statistics (measurements, weight etc ) and a questionnaire will need to be completed. 
 
BLOCK SESSIONS

SINGLE SESSIONS 
As far as one sessions go one session alone will not achieve a goal BUT the session you receive from me will be unlike any session you receive from most generic trainers! You will receive all of the above including the best way to lose weight, correcting bio mechanics through a functional movement screening, which involves mobility and or correct exercise techniques that you can take away to use in your own training regime.

The role of strength and conditioning is to use exercise prescription specifically to improve performance in athletic competition. They also help athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sports performances Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights – it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.
